DIRECT ACCESS:

Hand and Rehabilitation Specialists of North Carolina provides Direct Access to those seeking the services of a Physical Therapist or a Hand Therapist, with or without a physician's referral. Please note that some insurance companies may require a physician's referral in order to provide reimbursement.

To initiate treatment at one of our facilities:

1. Call us to make an appointment.

2. During your initial visit you will be evaluated and a care plan initiated.

3. You will be able to schedule future appointments at the end of your first visit.

• If you need to change or cancel an appointment, please call us 24 hours in advance so that we can extend this appointment time to another patient.
